BN999 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and BN999 (referred to as "BN999", "the platform", "we" or "us"). By completing the BN999 registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you are confirming your full acceptance of these Terms.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or card that belongs to you. BN999 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, from third-party accounts, or through anonymous payment channels. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder, BN999 reserves the right to hold or return the deposit pending verification.

BN999 does not store full card or bank account details on its servers. Payment processing is handled through secure payment gateways. BN999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

Withdrawal requests at BN999 are processed back through the same channel used for the original deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. BN999 does not convert balances to any other currency.

Before a withdrawal is processed, BN999 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard security and anti-fraud measure and is not applied selectively. You may be asked to provide:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BN999 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.

BN999 monitors account activity and uses both automated and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, BN999 will close the account, void any winnings attributable to the prohibited activity, and return any genuine net deposit balance at its discretion.
